You are helping me set up my notes folder so you can work with voice notes from MindDrop. MindDrop saves each Note as a Markdown file in a folder I choose. You are running in the root of my vault.

Rules for this setup:
- Don't move, rename, edit or delete any file that is already in the vault.
- Write nothing until I say yes to your plan.
- If AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md already exists, don't overwrite it. Show me what you would add.

Step 1. Look around, without writing anything.
List the top-level folders, check whether AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md already exist, and read a few notes to learn how I name files and use tags and links. If I already have an inbox or raw folder, say so and suggest using it. If MindDrop Notes are already in the vault, read two or three.

Step 2. Propose a setup and wait for my yes.
Suggest names that fit my vault for:
- a folder where MindDrop saves its Notes (default: Raw/). Notes stay there for good, so this is a source folder, not an inbox to empty.
- a folder for pages you maintain (default: Wiki/)
- Wiki/index.md, a list of the pages you maintain
- Wiki/log.md, a list of which MindDrop Notes you have processed and when
- AGENTS.md with the standing rules, the note format and the routines below, plus a CLAUDE.md that only says "@AGENTS.md"

Step 3. After I say yes, create those files and nothing else. Then tell me which folder to choose in MindDrop's save settings.

Standing rules to write into AGENTS.md:
- The MindDrop folder is source material. Read it, never change it.
- Inside Wiki/ you may create and update pages without asking. Only add to log.md, never rewrite it.
- Outside Wiki/, don't move, rename, edit or delete my files. You may read them and link to them.
- Keep my wording. Don't invent facts or feelings I didn't say.

How a MindDrop Note looks, to write into AGENTS.md:
Frontmatter with the date and tags. Then "Key insights": first the themes (the same as the tags), then any questions (they end with "?"), an insight if there is one, and any next steps (short things to do). Then "Note", my words cleaned up.

Routines to write into AGENTS.md:
- "Process new notes": for each Note not yet in log.md, add what it says to the right topic page in Wiki/ (create the page if needed) and link back to the Note with a wikilink. If one of my own notes covers the same topic, link to it too. Add questions to Wiki/Open questions.md and next steps to Wiki/Next steps.md, update Wiki/index.md, then add the Note to log.md.
- "Weekly review": summarise this week's Notes in a few lines, list the open questions and next steps, and point out themes that keep coming back.
- "Ask my notes": answer my question from the vault and link every Note you used.
- "Check the wiki": list broken links, pages that repeat each other, and Notes missing from log.md. Change nothing until I say yes.
